1-Connected everything but it’s not working?
The lights need to be turned on with the Remote. Notice: Please use with the Remote pointing to the remote receiver.

2-Can you shorten the lights?
NO! Cutting the lights will damage the product as the end of copper wires is welded, it also voids your product warranty.

3-Can I use one control for 2 strings installed in my dorm room? (Not joined, separately).
Yes. Our lights use the same signal, so one remote can control multiple strings.

4- Is it safe to touch? or to hang on curtains or trees?
Yes! Adapter output is 5V, which is absolutely safe to touch(Critical harmless voltage for human body is 24V); low heat emission LEDs are free of fire hazards.

5-My dog chewed up the remote, where can I buy a replacement?
You can contact our customer service at support@taotronics.com for a free replacement of the remote. Feel free to contact us in case of any problem with the order.
