Our Mixed spice is of the highest quality and is excellent for use in baking.Mixed spice is ablend of delicious sweet spices: caraway, cinnamon, cloves, coriander, ginger and nutmeg.This aromatic mix (used since olden times) compliments many dishes and is often known as "The Pudding Spice."A great addition to cakes, muffins and fruit dishes, mixed spice is also suitable for use in savoury dishes. It lends a distinctive aroma and taste to pork dishes, works well in an Oriental style stir fry and is also an essential ingredient in preserves and pickling spice blends.This robust mix contains caraway, cinnamon, cloves, coriander, ginger and nutmeg.
