New tubes have to be pumped a few times to prime them for use 2. Fully depress the button pump onto a clean cotton pad - wipe the tip of the dispenser on the pad 3. Share this a between two pads - this is enough for two eyes 4. With your eyes closed, gently apply one pad to each eye on the eyelid and lash roots 5. Gently rub eyelids and eyelash roots with the pad with small circular movements until all residues are removed 6.
