Simple, accurate, and easy to use — this omega-3 test kit gave me clear results in no time. The instructions were straightforward, the kit arrived well-packaged, and the turnaround for results was fast. Helpful for tracking my supplement routine and knowing if I need to adjust intake. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a quick, reliable check on their omega‑3 levels.

I f you want to see how bad your omega 3 to 6 ratio is, this is a good test. It got me away from seed oil’s and processed food. I’m doing another test in 3 months to see how much of a difference it’s made and if I need to tighten up more.

Is exactly what it says. Please anyone reading reviews hear me out, A lot of vegans don't know any better but supplementing EPA & DHA is a must!! I was under the impression I could just eat omegas from food- eating walnuts nuts flax & chia constantly and daily not to mention avocados 100s of calories of extra omega rich fat foods & an occasional alge supplement when affordable (which they aren't especially at higher beneficial doses) and I didn't score very high at all...just slightly over 4 on that % scale. Mind you I had excellent transfat scores because I have been eating like a whole foods plant based vegan for years but I don't care what Mic the vegan say ALA doesn't convert to EPA DHA efficiency enough in the body to be healthy!

My family doesn't eat sea food and I wanted to know if we were deficient in DHA an EPA since they promote good brain, skin, nail, and eye health. My daughter suffers from anxiety attacks and we didn't want her to be on medications with a lot of side effects. I did some research and decided to test her EPA and EPA levels, and the test showed a deficiency in her blood. I also tested my blood and the test showed a deficiency, which I knew I would be because I am a vegan and don't eat sea food or any other animals. I eat enough ALA but my body doesn't convert enough of it to DHA and EPA. This blood test was easy to perform and we got the detailed reports back via email within 10 days. I started taking a algae based DHA and EPA vegan supplement to get me back into a normal range. The price for the test seems a bit high for most people but can you put a price on your health? I highly recommend this product if you don't eat sea food and you are worried about your over all health.

I love these tests. I am trying to lower my Omega-6 intake and raise Omega-3. This test tells me exactly what I need to know, and I plan to use it quarterly to monitor my progress. The interaction with the website is easy and they keep you up-to-date on your test results. The communication from the company is timely, and the tests are quite accurate (compared to a actual blood test that I got from my cardiologist). Highly recommend if you are monitoring your Omega health.

Wanted to check effectiveness of my supplements, found this easy to do at home and the results are useful. Later found I can get same test at a local lab, just not as convenient.

Testing based on good science. Studied science behind their testing methods

It was very easy to complete this test
