It was a very good book. Review: Hard pass - Read on kindle. It definitely needs editing. The writer also forgot to include any backstory. The MC drives to her dead mom's place gets some anonymous text to look in the well finds a bone wrapped in a tarp calls 911 dispatch send out a Sherrif the MC knows but we have no idea how they know each other. Then the Sherrif automaticly knows who the body is? Before forensics even gets to the scene. This is going to be a hard pass. I can't imagine tolerating any more of the book.

Very good book
I just finished reading this book. It was a very good book.

Hard pass
Read on kindle. It definitely needs editing. The writer also forgot to include any backstory. The MC drives to her dead mom's place gets some anonymous text to look in the well finds a bone wrapped in a tarp calls 911 dispatch send out a Sherrif the MC knows but we have no idea how they know each other. Then the Sherrif automaticly knows who the body is? Before forensics even gets to the scene. This is going to be a hard pass. I can't imagine tolerating any more of the book.

Hot Mess
Vera returns home months after her mother had passed. They were estranged for years. She has seen the note her mother left behind but it feels off. It doesn't look like her mother handwriting. As she walk around the yard she notices an area that was drug up. Her mother put it there with a message to check out the Miller's well. Plot problem the women in the well , everything that happened was 37 year ago. Vera's parents were not married. Vera is not born. Then the intro info on book said Vera was 12?? But the PD is looking at this young woman as a person of interest when the crime was committed. There are twists on top twists. Later there is a pay off amount $10,000 then changed to $50,000. Over all this book needs serious editing. Has good bones. Believe this is a debt book. Maybe self published?? Some area of the book is very strangely written out. Where a single word is written underneath each other. This might have been a download issue. If not it did not add any value to the book. It was annoying.
